Q.  What happens after I order online?

A.   All orders are charged in U.S. dollars and your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout. Please ensure your order is correct before purchasing.  When you receive your order confirmation, please review it to insure it is correct as well.


Q.  What is your policy on returns, cancellations and exchanges?


A. As a concerned boutique, we ask that you make your decision on your purchases very carefully and wisely as most items are custom made. You will not be allowed to return, exchange or receive a refund on your purchase as we have already invested in crystals, time and the designer's work.  If there are any errors or defects caused by Jamari's Jewels, we will work with you to have those issues corrected at no cost to the buyer.


Q.  What about custom orders?


A.   Any and all custom designed items require full payment in advance because these items are made to your specific liking.  Jamari's Jewels can not accept returns.  You have 24 hours to cancel or change an order. Please contact us by phone immediately at 202-409-3520 and we will issue a refund.  Otherwise all sales  will be final.  


Q.  What happens if I lose crystals?


A. If you lose crystals, we will replace them for free if the damage is minor.  Major damage will be charged accordingly.  Your item will be assessed before you ship it to be repaired.   Please DO NOT try to repair your item with crazy glue.  . Crazy glue is not meant for crystals and with ruin them.  We will not repair items ruined by crazy glue.   If you chose to send your item in for repair please include a prepaid shipping label addressed back to you which you can print on  www.usps.com or  make a payment via PayPal or cash app for return shipping.  Please ensure your item is securely wrapped and boxed ( not  in an envelope ) as we will not be responsible for damage  during shipping.  We will not be responsible for packages lost in mail during return shipping.  Please allow 1-3 weeks for repair .

Q.  What if I damaged the actual product and not just the Swarovski Crystals?

A.  We are not responsible nor will we replace an item that is damaged by the consumer.  I.E....headphones, phone cases, license plates, shoes, boots, etc.  We only cover our work with Swarovski crystals.



Q. Shipping


A.  Shipping is with USPS.   We are not responsible for damage to package during delivery.   A claim must be filed with shipping company.  We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages left outside of residence.

Q.  How long will it take to create my personalized item?

A.  Your item will be created in the order in which it was received.  Please allow 3-6 weeks depending on the size and type of item requested and  quantity of orders ahead of you.  If more time is needed you will be notified when you place your order.  If you need a rush order, you will be charged a rush fee that will be determined by the item requested.
